My new fun video and other plans for projets

Recently, I have made another video for fun. This time, it's a small tribute to the horror movie icons I love. The link to the video is down below

I am also writing a script on Drama film I'm planning on making. The story is about a young boy taking care of his mother, who suffers agoraphobia and paranoia. Treatment and theropy have not worked, so the young boy tries to help her himself.

I haven't come up with an idea for my Horror film yet. I'm concentrating on my Drama. Then I'll move to the next one. 

My Location Scout for my summer project

One day, my older brother came home from walking our dog and said to me, he went to a large, abandoned quarry with many run down where houses. He said it would be perfect for a film location and wanted to take me there at one point.

I recently went down there and I have to say that there are possibilities that I can film down there. I have to go with my brother's opinion, it's fantastic. I now have to start thinking of what to film there.

My Showreel of Videos and Other Works

This a short drama film that I made with a team. The story is about a self centred man, called Dan, meeting a tramp around the same age as him, at a quiet area in the town. The tramp's name is Joe and all he wants is someone to talk to. Dan refuses at first, so Joe makes him listen to his story of why and what it's like to be homeless. This link goes to a video I edited for fun. It is a collection of horror films that I've seen and I'm a huge fan of. I edited it by collecting the film trailers and edited them to suit the video I wanted. I cut out the sound of the films and put in a heavey metal soundtrack over them. Enjoy :)

This is a link to an company ident I created for my films. I used After Effects to create this. It was very challenging but I had alot of help through this. I feel I need to learn After Effects more. Hopefully you'll like it :)

This is a link to a video I edited for Argos because they were fundraising for the Teenage Cancer Trust charity. I had footage of the Argos staff, doing activities to raise money. For example a buffet, nurf gun practising and playing on the Nintendo Wii on Wii Dance etc.
